a funny thing happened taking my 2014 sentra in for service I was told it would be about 2hrs so after about an hour I was on there website and I saw that 2018's were on sale so I walked over to the showroom and met johnny royal the sales manager great experience showed me 2 cars a rogue sport and a rogue gave me a fair price for my car and voila the deal was done and i'm the proud owner of a 2018-5 rogue sport go figure thank you to johnny and his great  staff for making my purchase an A plus experience.

I purchased a Camaro from this dealership and moved out of the state. I was never given the key to unlock my wheel lock on my tires . My Car Salesman was wonderful .The oversight was positively communicated and understood. Management awarded Outstanding Customer Service by communicating with a local dealership in Maryland and purchased another lock set. Mr. Larry Shuler and Mr. Johnny Royal were Men of their Word. They listened and answered every question of my concerns. I am grateful for their dedication to their customers and commitment to our community of the CSRA.

Larry Shuler greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. He listened to what we were trying to find and showed us various cars that met our interests. He was professional, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and forthcoming. Bob Richard Nissan’s Manager (Johnny) and finance department (Markese) were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a comfortable environment all around.

Mr. Johnny and staff were very nice and the atmosphere there is awesome. Mr. Marquez Brown helped me with my car purchase and he is a great salesman. Both locations are very good. This was best car experience I have EVER had!!!!*Update*As stated above my sale experience was awesome. However, the sales team says if you refer someone you will receive $100. I referred my coworker and she receive her Nissian in July. It is September and I have not received any money. It has been a month already and this month will make 2 months. I am very disappointed .
