Bob Richards Nissan I have had my car serviced at Bob Richards for years! They are a great!! They even send me coupons in the mail, wash it for me, and more. Never have I had a problem. No matter what the problem with my car I have been able to talk to someone and get it worked out. Great Service~!! Great Cars!!

Prompt problem solving. Pros: very professional dealership, there for you even after the sale. Cons: NONE. I had a problem with my car key, I was at work and couldn't leave so Bob Richards Nissan service department sent a technician to my work to fix my problem.

Went to this dealership with the intention of only looking. Spoke with internet saleswoman Elaine and was assured she would explore every option to try and get my wife driving a new car. Being we had already been to another car lot and was denied we had lost hope but Bob Richards stayed persistent. Within 2 hours from arriving here, we were switching over everything out of my wife's car to the Nissan Versa that they MADE possible when no one else seemed they would. Recommend this dealer to anyone serious about getting a new car.

I bought my first new car from this dealership. I had a great experience! I have suggested this dealership to many people who have also bought cars, including my family. I could not be more happy with my car. Their service department is great as well! Anytime I go in for maintenance I am in and out, it's not an all day event like at most dealerships. The staff is courteous and professional. When it is time to buy another car I will go back to Bob Richards without a doubt.

I recently purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from Mark Owen!! It was Truly Exceptional!!! My time is very important to me, and let me tell you, Mark made sure I was in/and out of there in less than an hour. I told him what I wanted, he showed it to me and we went for a drive, when we got back we agreed on a price without all the back and forth. He explained the features of my new car to me and even gave me a candid tour of the dealership. Also, the management staff was a pleasure to work with as well. I went to Bob Richards with the intention of test driving and getting an estimate on my trade. Lamar and Drew were very easy to work with. I found the car on their online inventory and found my price on TrueCars. I also researched the value of my trade on KBB and was prepared to walk away if they were not able meet my prices. After driving the vehicle they gave me an initial offer in addition to incentives. After explaining my numbers and showing the prices I wanted they were able to meet the price and value for my trade that I needed in order to buy. They came through with everything I needed in order to come away with a car and I was able to drive away in a 2011 Altima Coupe at an unbeatable price. Lamar and Drew were great to work with and no high pressure as many salesmen have the reputation to be.

Very easy process; Terry was extremely helpful. I asked for quotes and descriptions on several models, and he got back to me quickly. Never pressured me to buy a particular model; he seemed more interested in making me happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.

I originally went to see Lamar in September to buy a new Altima. At that time he was not able to get the financing right for me. He told me that he would remember me and if he found something that I could get he would call me. 3 months later he did just that. He called me and said he could get me an Altima and he did just that. I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Altima.
